NightCap Village Nightmare

By Gi Linda -

NightCap Village Nightmare -
Truth is irrelevant if false narratives are believed long enough for cash flows to enrich the coin-hungry coffers of the NightCap/ Minjungbal Cabal.

Launching Nightcap on Minjungbal -- "the World's Largest Holistic Village", Nightcap Village News sent this announcement to a Truthology Freedom Summits mailing list:

"We've lost our way as humans, which is why we believe we need to recreate ‘The Village’".

The anonymous author invites those disaffected with the dysfunctional establishment to join a community venture "to demonstrate a better way of living":

"Hi everyone
You’ve probably all been wondering what we’ve been up to? Well, a lot! ... we decided to look at some more positive and proactive ways to live a harmonious and satisfying life..."

Probably everyone is wondering who has been up to such a lot. Recipients of the newsletter who have followed Truthology and Freedom Summits since they emerged in 2013 know very well the identities of the notorious litigious "Freemen" whose Sovereignty Cult used Truthology in 2015 as a mendacious front to divest ingenuous investors of their life savings.

For those new to the land-share scam they are pushing, we'll adopt familiar nicknames used by those defrauded  by Truthology's terrible two: the deceptive marketing maestro "Romeo" with money-grubbing flat-earth promoter  "Jimmy the Maggot," assisted by the "Bully-Bully Boyz".

In 2016 the Truthology and Freedom Summit websites, Facebook pages and most Truthology YouTube videos were scrubbed after the Nimbin GoodTimes published "The Truth About Bhula Bhula" exposing the land-share scam that left 21 investors in "Bhula Bhula Village Community,"  including myself, defrauded of over $1.5 million.

Not to be deterred by local bad press, Romeo, Jimmy the Maggot and the Bully-Bully Boyz filed defamation charges against the publisher and against myself, author of the article, and changed their public front from Truthology, Freedom Summits and Bhula Bhula Village Community to "Rainmaker Eco Investments" which acquired Mt Burrell Commercial property by borrowing, filtching and leveraging off the investors who were defrauded in the first land-share scam.

Rainmaker Eco was then linked with "Mount Warning Eco Village", soliciting finance for a second attempted "community" on environmentally protected land, again without development approval in place and without lodging a DA application.

Jimmy the Maggot also associated with a local pot grower holding an industrial hemp license and became director of the CIA, "Cannabis Industries Australia". This company, run by the BB Boyz, falsely claims to have a medical cannabis license while selling shares and soliciting finance in a non-existent "Nimbin University".

Mount Warning Eco Village land-share scam and Cannabis Industries Australia medical cannabis scam were exposed in blogs by the "Association of Investors Defrauded by Darwin". In retaliation, the Truthology gang charged me, as blog author, in NSW Supreme Court with injurious falsehood, also lodging two urgent injunctions attempting to gag free speech and have the blogs removed. After eight hearing with their false charges challenged by a defence of truth, both their injunctions failed; the blogs remain live and detailed accounts of events can be found in the archives.

After the land-share scam and Cannabis Industries Australia medical cannabis scam were exposed in blogs, Mount Warning Eco Village  was morphed by the "Truthology" gang into "Nightcap Village", and now into "Nightcap on Minjungbal -- the World's Largest Holistic Village".

Nightcap Village News of "the Community’s plans moving forward" continues:

For the past few years, we have been working very hard on establishing ‘Intentional-Conscious-Communities’ and have had to deal with many issues and detractors trying to stop this amazing vision from becoming a reality... but we have prevailed and are excited to introduce our first big development, which is nestled in the foothills of Mount Warning. It’s set upon more than 4,000 lush acres of incredibly gorgeous countryside..."

In reality, the "detractors trying to stop this amazing vision from becoming a reality" are actually defrauded investors in Truthology's first "Intentional-Conscious-Community" simply attempting on a tilted stage to achieve restitution.

"Ambassador" Tyler Tolman

"Many of you who attended our Freedom Summits in around 2014 will remember International Health Coach Tyler Tolman, son of Don Tolman. Well Tyler has taken a place within the community, and is helping promote it to his awesome tribe of health-conscious beings. This works really well for us at NightCap Village, as we want to foster and support a healthy, sustainable and ‘do-no-harm’ essence throughout the Community. Many of Tyler’s tribe has already joined us and we feel blessed to have his support."
How could such a healthy-happy venture soliciting money be dodgy when vouched for by a sincere, smiling minor celebrity?

Obviously it doesn't matter to Tyler Tolman that trusting investors have been defrauded along the way; the great vision for Intentional-Conscious-Communities is so important to the visionaries that a few casualties along the road can silently be swept aside. Ambassador Tyler’s "inspirational introduction to the Community" is pink lipstick on piglets.

Intentional-Conscious-Communities

Inviting email recipients to take an exciting tour of the property where Truthology is advertising Nightcap Village, we are told:

"Becoming involved in this awesome project can look many different ways. You can live there, or build to rent out to other people, once all of the relevant approvals are in place... There are also more than 600 acres of maturing Blackbutt Forests which can be used to build your dream home/cabin..."

Whether or not "relevant approvals" are ever likely to be in place, no development application has yet been lodged and the enthusiastic marketers do not even own the land.

The Truthology website, removed after exposure of the land-share scam in 2016 has now been revived with an unidentified "specialist" offering advice on superannuation investment:

"I believe that Law helps to get an expert advice on your financial matters like practical and sound legal advice. As a law specialist, I always try to give excellent advice to my readers. I helped so many readers with their accounting related issues such as taxes and expert advice on maintain the budget, record and assist individuals from paying extra taxes. Through this website, I like to share my experience with all and always happy to answers any query."

Recognition of the hurt and harm caused by their earlier developments wouldn't look too good in the sales pitch, but, with defrauded investors filing both civil and criminal charges to achieve restitution, the unhealed wounds of previous failed "Intentional-Conscious-Communities" do not so conveniently go away.

Truth is irrelevant to Truthology; the important thing is that the false narrative of the moment should be believed long enough for a bank transfer to enrich the coin-hungry coffers of  the resuscitated "Truthology" cabal. So, as Romeo invites:

"If this excites you in any way… Be part of a tribe that wants to demonstrate a better way to live."

Athena Blinked

By Gi Linda.

Athena, classical goddess of justice, is always depicted blindfold as a symbol of impartiality, but in a post-humane world what happens when the blindfold is removed and Athena blinks?

“Maggot!” Sitting before the bench in Murwillumbah Courthouse waiting for the Judge to enter I hear someone shout “Maggot! Fuck you maggot!”

Behind me is Adrian Brennock with Mark Darwin and Richard Moate. I have charged them with fraud in a private prosecution. On my left is their lawyer, Ian McKay.

I had filed the criminal charges after being defrauded of my inheritance by Brennock and the “Bully-Bully Boyz”, hoping for restitution, but the sword of injustice is double edged.

With the trial approaching in September, other defrauded investors wanted to join my prosecution with the same charges of fraud. We began consultation with a NSW private prosecutor and former Crown Prosecutor, who asked for anonymity because of his former collaboration with Brennock and the Boyz. I was advised to request adjournment of the hearing so that all claimants could be consolidated and additional charges of collusion added.

Unfortunately, the private prosecutor was unavailable for a personal meeting until October 17 when it was proposed that he would prosecute the charges on behalf of the Association of Defrauded Investors. He instructed a Sydney solicitor to email the court requesting adjournment.

The private prosecutor agreed to put together a team including a forensic accountant, private investigator, solicitor and paralegal, but he required the total estimated amount of the prosecution to be paid in advance before proceeding.

By then it was too late to file for adjournment in accordance with the practice notes. My application was immediately rejected by Brennock & co, who were waiting for me at the courthouse, confident that the charges dismissed for procedural breach.

When I arrived for
the hearing on October 24, the Bully-Bully gang were crowded around the registry door, laughing and scoffing with delight in anticipation of my defeat. Adrian Brennock, in mock decorum greeted me loudly. I commented that the worst mistake of my entire life was trusting him. He growled, “Its going to get a lot worse for you, and we’re really enjoying it…”

I have been sleepless preparing evidence and I’ve been waiting for the hearing for five hours with Brennock and the Bully-Bully Boyz lurking outside the claustrophobic courtroom, cackling like a coven of hyenas. The Judge enters, everyone respectfully stands as I feel the piercing of long venomous knives in my back.

My consciousness is momentarily hijacked by repugnant images of massive maggots with the face of Adrian Brennock filling the courthouse, slithering everywhere, coming to devour me. Brennock’s voice behind me is rasping with contempt, “Maggot! Fuck you Maggot...” he hissed at my back.

As expected, the Magistrate rejected the application for adjournment, summarily dismissed all charges and awarded compensation against me, which I declined to accept.

The heckling gang were waiting outside the courthouse to jeer with triumph. A police officer kindly opened a side door so I could leave without harassment. As he escorted me out he handed me some papers that Brennock & co had asked him to give me. They were the documents supporting my application to adjourn that I had passed directly to the Judge at the start of the hearing. One wonders how Brennock got them?

In response, the Association of Defrauded Investors is preparing to file fraud and larceny charges with multiple claimants using the professional services of a forensic accountant and private investigator. A criminal fraud investigation initiated by Qld police a year ago is expected to be completed by December.

Defamation charges and injurious falsehood claims against me as a result of this blog exposing the Darwin/Brennock land-share scams are ongoing.

The Association of Defrauded Investors is also preparing to initiate civil charges to recover the land that we paid for. The 640 acre property, owned by the company controlled by Brennock with a single $1 share, was improperly placed in Voluntary Administration by Brennock in June, in an attempted "phoenix move" to transfer our land to another company controlled by Darwin/Brennock while they burn the purchase money creditors under cover of fake promises of partial return of funds to all defrauded investors.

Darwin/Brennock/Dixon intend to acquire our land for $1 million over market value using loans and a mortgage over the supposedly insolvent company, designated as "vendor finance".

To cover the cost of professional assistance in our quest for justice we have set up a legal fund. Many thanks to those who have already pledged support, we deeply appreciate your help.

Medical Cannabis Scam Alert: Nimbin University Cannabis Community at Mt Burrell

“Nimbin University” - a community cannabis research and medical treatment campus at Mt Burrell was launched at Nimbin Bush Theater at a Medican Workshop on Saturday, 15th April. Charmaster Dolph Cooke appeared on stage spruiking the ambitious new project and offering miracle cannabis cures to 10,000 proposed members of Nimbin University's Cannabis Community.

It costs only $1 to bite the little hook.
Buyer be warned! Scam alert!
Dolph Cooke - Founder of "Nimbin University"
Warm endorsement by Nimbin Hemp Embassy, the Medican workshop and a glowing feature in the Nimbin GoodTimes lend a thin veneer of authenticity to "Nimbin University Cannabis Community", accessing a big network with a $1 hook.

Dolph is confident that changes in drug laws are imminent. He boasts that his "uni" will soon be flying high on windfalls of cash expected from a market boom in medical cannabis. “It’s not legal yet.” Dolph admits, “But we don’t care, we’re doing it anyway!”

Mark Darwin and Cas Coman
Buyer Beware! The sick and vulnerable who are eager to receive forbidden weed for only $1 should note that the contact address for "Nimbin University" is 3222 Kyogle Rd, Mt Burrell, NSW — notorious home of the Bhula-Bhula land scam. The ongoing land-share fraud is headed by Mark Darwin, who, flaunting the motto, “do no harm”, is currently confronted by legal action by angry, defrauded investors.

Nimbin University - The Hidden Agenda
What Dolph did not say in his launch of "Nimbin University" is that pulling strings in the background are the unseen scam-masters of chameleon disguise; "sovereign citizens", followers of marketeer Mark Darwin who uses the pseudonym "Dummass Boofhead" and loan shark Adrian Brennock, known as "AB". Co-creators of the Bhula-Bhula fiasco, they're always found luring financiers with a “worthy” ideology linked to a pioneering business with a profitable data-base.

You’ve got to give credit where it’s due, masters of misleading marketing, Mark Darwin and the Boyz certainly have audacity and imagination! No longer satisfied with acquiring million-dollar properties by selling residential lots on land without development approval, the Boyz have now expanded their Mt Burrell scam to include mass-marketing medicinal cannabis to sick and vulnerable people. The illicit medicinal herb is falsely advertised as licensed industrial hemp, and with sleight of hand Dolph's "Cannabis Community" links directly to the land fraud.Dolph Cooke

The new pop-up-frontman for the fraud, Dolph Cooke, is a local producer of biochar who grows a small hemp crop on the property neighboring Bhula-Bhula. Handing out flyers and signing up subscribers, Dolph began his presentation at Nimbin Bush Theatre by stressing his opinion, “There is no good and evil; no right and wrong”.

Dolph hopped in the cot with the bad boyz and says the land-scam’s “all good”, as he happily profits from it. Referring to time he spent institutionalized, he said, “I don’t have feelings like the rest of you.” He has no empathy for those defrauded by his new patrons.

Dolph is calling for 10,000 people to join Nimbin University. It costs only $1 to bite the little hook, and the vision is ever expanding. Dolph says :

"Included in all this activity should, obviously, be a teaching facility where aspiring healers can come to learn their trade, and go back into their communities doing the remarkable work knowledge of this plant’s powerful healing actions allows. Thus a spin off from all the fibre being produced from hemp could be a hemp paper mill and clothing factory, with several more people required to have that aspect running smoothly. And if we have our own paper being made, and resident practitioners and intellectuals, we might as well establish our own on-topic newspaper. And if we’re going to do a paper, we might as well have a media studio. And if we’re going to have a media studio, we might as well run some form of radio/tv station."

Nimbin University websites nimbinuniversity.com and nimbinuniversity.org point to organicmedicalcannabisaustralia.org, where Dolph has awarded himself a certificate from the "Cannabis Community University" for "life membership to the Cannabis Private Community With all member privileges awarded for his contribution level".

Bhula-Bhula Community Scam

Mark Darwin, Stephanie Humble
In 2014, when the Boyz started draining other people's wallets to build an "intentional community" without development approval, the first attractive facade that occulted the fraud was “harmonious, happy families”, promoted by beautiful Stephanie, mothering four of Darwin’s cute kids (he has eight children). Steph was running “Create A Foundation”, providing aid to sex slaves overseas. The Mt Burrell land-scam was also obscured by an alternative reality of falsehoods in the name of “Truthology” and “Freedom Summits” with conferences and presentations in major cities.

In less than a year the Boyz had scammed investors in the Bhula-Bhula Community of over $1.5 million and the fraud was exposed in local newspapers. Tweed Council was suing the Boyz to remove illegal dwellings from protected land, repair damage and recoup unpaid rates; defrauded investors were litigating and a federal police fraud investigation was underway. So in response the Boyz went cruising in Bali and when they returned they bought the “Township of Mt Burrell”.

Mt Warning Eco Village Scam

After Mark Darwin's land scam was exposed, the "Truthology" marketing mirage disappeared with a “poooff”, and an entirely new front appeared. Unseen behind the curtain, the bully Boyz quietly acquired another big fat database to bleed dry, as they warned opponents they would be “washed like flies from the windows of their lives”.

The 2016 pop-up-front for the Mt Burrell land-scam was “Mt Warning Eco Village”, marketing Darwin's vision for "harmonious community" and offering renewed sale of lots for dream-homes with mountain views through Rainmaker Eco Investments.

The new pretty-face to rattle the cash-can was celebrity health coach Tyler Tolman, promoting a vision for an exotic health-spa on Nightcap Forest, a 3,000-acre property neighboring Bhula-Bhula owned by Peter Von Lieshaupt.

A "Cannabis Community" at Mt Burrell

Launching their new scam, "Nimbin University" at the Medican Workshop at Nimbin Bush Theater, Charmaster Dolph presented testimonies of people amazingly healed of terminal cancer using just two little bottles of cannabis oil and balm, made from his own crop.

His audience is told that during Stage 1 we can get access to the miracle cure and the forbidden weed for an (initial) membership in the “Community Cannabis University” of only $1. Dolph says 80 people are already signed up. In Stage 2, the new venture at Mt Burrell gets even better... stay tuned!

It costs only $1 to bite the little hook...

Pitching for funds at organicmedicalcannabisaustralia.org, Dolph says:

"...the database will provide a good start to crowd source the funding for many of the goals for the project. By crowd funding we can offer different packages to different levels of financial support. For instance a ten dollar donation to the foundation/co-op might further entitle a member to a copy of the annual magazine or a subscription to a podcast and some bumper stickers.

"But a ten thousand dollar donation would be right to expect a rather larger appreciation package in return. From a donation perspective much money could be reinvested into ongoing research, infrastructure and providing compassionate healing for those in dire need."

The hidden capos behind "Nimbin University" and it's miracle-cure "Cannabis Community" did not attend the grand launch at the Nimbin Medican Workshop, as Charmaster Dolph promoted their ambitious scam to an applauding audience.

The Mt Burrell Boyz, rich in imaginative irony, say they are "sovereign citizens" who reject the rule of law and operate with assumed legal impunity "in private not public commerce". In reality they fly by bluster, bullying and the Law of the Brute, and being seriously dummass, they're often seen trying to get out of a hole by digging a bigger one.
3222 Kyogle Rd, Mt Burrell, NSW

Catch the glorious vision! Heal the masses, join a Cannabis Community with a pioneering academic campus growing weed on 3,200 acres, but be warned: "Nimbin University", to be developed lawlessly at a “secret location”, is using the street address of Mark Darwin's infamous property scam - 3222 Kyogle Rd, Mt Burrell.

At first, Charmaster Dolph denied his ties with Mark Darwin. He said the "uni" was his own initiative and the Bully-Bully-Boyz were trying to "take over his land and hemp crop". He now says they they gave him a shop at Mt Burrell, and promised to pay him $500 a week to set up the "Cannabis Community University". But after one payment he got no more money from them.

10,000 people are now offered a unique opportunity to join Dolph and heal the sick, just by registering personal details in the growing data-base of "Nimbin University Cannabis Community".

It only costs $1 to bite the apple...

Mt Burrell Land Scam Exposed in Criminal Prosecution

An alleged multi-million-dollar investment fraud offering fake shares in a Mt Burrell “Eco Village” was challenged in a private prosecution at Murwillumbah Court, NSW, on March 28th. Founders of the land-share initiative, Mark Darwin and Adrian Brennock with company directors Steven McSween and Richard Moate, were charged with criminal fraud and larceny. They declined to appear in court but were represented by solicitor Ian McKay, instructed to plead “Not Guilty." Court Orders set a schedule for filing evidence.

The private prosecution was initiated by defrauded investor Gi Linda, who also filed a statutory demand on the company Wollumbin Horizons Pty Ltd, starting winding-up procedures to stop the land-share scam. With an investigation by Coomera Police of the alleged fraud and civil litigation by defrauded investors in preparation, the criminal prosecution was initiated to fast-track justice. The aim is to achieve restitution for creditors with urgent claims now totaling over $2.7 million, including failed investments, delinquent loans, misappropriation of superannuation, defamation and destruction and theft of property.

Supporting evidence documents a fraud that began in 2014, involving sale of lots in “Bhula Bhula  Community” without advising potential investors that the advertised land-share sites were located on environmentally protected land where no dwellings are permitted.

The community failed, leaving angry investors bereft in 2016 yet the audacious fraud was continued by Darwin and Brennock, with an ambitious new venture — Mt Warning Eco Village — an even larger proposed “intentional community” at Mt Burrell. Misleading advertising offers residential lots with optional cabins on 3,500 pristine acres with lilly-clad lagoons and mountain views, where it is clearly known by the promoters that habitation is prohibited, since the proposed "village" lies within rainwater catchment boundaries.
